“Tongtu” Platform Opens New Path for Collaborative Education On the afternoon of April 22, the launch ceremony of the “Tongtu” School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Training Platform and the 3rd “Ganpin Chuhai” (Jiangxi Products Going Global) Mock Promotion Meeting were grandly held at the Mailuyuan Campus. This event is not only a key step for the college to deepen the integration of industry and education and innovate the “Foreign Language +” talent training model, but also a practical action to support the “Ganpin Chuhai” strategy and serve local economic development. Leaders from the university’s Academic Affairs Office, representatives from partner enterprises, and teachers and students gathered together to witness the birth of a new carrier for foreign language practical teaching in the new era, which is empowered by digital technology and driven by real-world scenarios.
Wu Liangping, Director of the Economic Management and Entrepreneurship Simulation Experiment Teaching Center, Dean Wan Yina, Party Secretary Lu Juebin, and other college leaders attended the event. Invited guests included Chen Yinhong, General Manager of Jiangxi Ruiqi Yunmao Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Ying, CEO of Ju Zhi Wai (Shanghai) Culture Communication Co., Ltd.; Zhang Xiaoqian, Executive Director, and Tu Chenjun, General Manager of Jiangxi Chuanai Linghang Culture Technology Co., Ltd.; as well as Chen Zhiwen, head of the Huangmingyan Tea Science and Technology Research Institute, and his partner Jiang Ping. They came together to build a bridge for the collaborative development of schools and enterprises. The ceremony was hosted by Xiao Rui, a member of the SFL’s Party Committee.
In his speech, Director Wu pointed out that the construction of this platform precisely fits the educational goal of “integrating science and education, industry and education, and school and government.” By building an immersive “conversion field” connecting theory with the market and knowledge with skills, it will effectively build students’ comprehensive abilities and innovative spirit, serving as an “incubator” for talents needed in the new era. He hoped the college would take this opportunity to: first, deepen “project-driven, closed-loop management” to ensure efficient operation; second, strengthen “dynamic optimization and continuous improvement” to constantly update the platform’s content and model; and third, expand “resource integration and collaborative innovation” to attract more high-quality enterprises and social resources, creating a more influential “Foreign Language +” brand ecosystem.
As an enterprise representative, Chen Yinhong expressed firm confidence in deeply participating in school-enterprise collaborative education. She believes that the real-world environment created by the “Tongtu” platform can seamlessly connect industrial frontier demands with students’ ability growth. It is an important innovation to solve the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand and help students make a smooth transition from “campus” to “workplace.”
On behalf of the SFL, Wan Yina expressed sincere thanks to all parties for their support and explained the strategic considerations behind the platform. She emphasized that the “Tongtu” platform is a core tool for the college to implement the fundamental task of “moral education” and practice the university’s “3+4+X” overall talent training framework. With “Foreign Language +” as its core, the platform aims to break down disciplinary barriers and deeply integrate real business scenarios such as cross-border commerce, international communication, and digital marketing. It systematically improves students’ core competitiveness and teachers’ professional development capabilities, serving as a strategic pivot for the college to promote professional transformation and connotative development.

Director Wu and Secretary Lu of the CPC Committee at SFL jointly unveiled the “Tongtu” School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Training Platform, marking the official launch of this new carrier for collaborative education. Chen Yinhong and Vice Dean Zhang Shan signed a cooperation agreement to build a “Cross-border E-commerce Live Streaming Studio” on behalf of their respective sides. This marks that specific cooperation projects under the platform framework have entered the substantive operation stage.
Student representative Meng Xiaojing said that the launch of the platform has built a bridge connecting the campus and the workplace for students. She expressed that students will devote themselves to subsequent learning and practice with full enthusiasm, cherish the valuable opportunities brought by school-enterprise cooperation, and strive to improve their professional abilities and practical literacy.
Zhang Xiaoqian gave a sharing session titled “Exploration of New Media Empowering Professional Communication and Practical Education in Colleges and Universities.” She analyzed frontier trends from an industry perspective and provided cross-boundary ideas for innovating talent training models.
The special practice session pushed the event to a climax. The trial broadcast of the “Cross-border E-commerce Live Streaming Studio” and the 3rd “Ganpin Chuhai” Mock Promotion Meeting were held enthusiastically. Under the guidance of “dual tutors” (enterprise tutors and professional teachers), students comprehensively used skills in foreign languages, live streaming, and cross-cultural marketing to conduct online and offline simulated overseas promotions for Jiangxi’s characteristic products. This truly realized the concept of “learning in real-world practice and growing in creation.”
This launch ceremony was a concentrated display from concept to action, and from blueprint to reality. With the “Tongtu” platform as a hub, the college closely aligns with regional development needs and is committed to building an open innovation community integrating “teaching, training, research and development, and service.” This opens up a new channel for cultivating high-quality composite foreign language talents with patriotism, international vision, and digital business capabilities, contributing solid foreign language strength to exploring overseas markets for Jiangxi's products and cultivating more excellent international composite talents for the country.
