In the 16th English Speech and Listening Contest for Young Teachers in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, the young teachers recommended by the School of Foreign Languages showed their proficiency in the professional group competition and received excellent achievement, including the first prize of two kinds of competitions. In the English Speech Contest, Han Zhang won the first prize, Yuwei Wan won the second prize, Wenjun Zeng and Ting Wu won the third prize. In the English Listening Contest, Weiyi Li and Yiying Yin won the first prize, Ting Wu and Han Zhang won the second prize, Hiqun Huang and Rong Hu won the third prize.

The English Speech and Listening Contest for Young Teachers was organized by the university union, aiming at enhancing the bilingual abilities of teachers and promoting the continuous improvement of the English proficiency of young teachers. The college union has attached great importance to this activity over the years and introduced outstanding young teachers to participate in the activity, so that they can exploit their talents through this competition besides teaching.
